Privacy Policy

Overview

Token Wars is a mobile game developed by Krash Forge, an independent software studio based in Fort Collins, Colorado. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We built Token Wars to be played offline. We do not require account creation, we do not collect personal identifying information, and we do not sell any data to third parties — ever.

Information We Collect

Token Wars collects a minimal amount of data to support two features: analytics and the global leaderboard.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is being played. This includes anonymous, aggregated data such as:

• Game events (e.g. run completed, session started, day reached)
• Feature usage (e.g. vibes purchased, coins traded)
• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• General geographic region (country level)

This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It is used solely to improve the game. Firebase Analytics is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Leaderboard Display Names

If you choose to submit a score to the global leaderboard at the end of a run, you will be prompted to enter a display name. This name, along with your score, run length, and KR$H earned, is stored on our Firebase backend and displayed publicly to all players.

• Display names are entirely user-chosen
• Do not enter your real name or any personally identifying information as a display name
• Leaderboard submissions are voluntary — you can skip leaderboard submission entirely
• Display names are filtered for profanity before being stored

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your precise location
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Contacts or any data from other apps
• Payment or financial information (all purchases are processed directly by Apple or Google)
• Health or biometric data

In-App Purchases

Token Wars offers optional in-app purchases of KR$H, the game's meta-progression currency. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Krash Forge never sees, receives, or stores your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used only to:

• Understand how players are engaging with the game so we can improve it
• Display leaderboard scores publicly within the game

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.

Firebase Analytics data is processed by Google under their terms of service. Leaderboard data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore. No other third parties receive any data from Token Wars.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Firebase's standard retention policies. Leaderboard entries are retained indefinitely unless you request removal.

If you would like your leaderboard entry removed, contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.

Children's Privacy

Token Wars is rated for ages 12 and up due to simulated gambling and financial themes. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through our leaderboard, contact us immediately and we will remove it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Since we collect no personal identifying information, the only data associated with you that we could act on is a leaderboard display name you voluntarily submitted.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
